Cooper Electric announces Square D Premier Distributor status in their Lehigh Valley and South Jersey branches

Tinton Falls, NJ, November 20, 2008 – Cooper Electric Supply Co., a leading provider of electrical supplies serving the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania markets, has become an exclusive premier Square D Distributor at its Lehigh Valley and Southern New Jersey branches.  The branches included are Bethlehem, PA, Phillipsburg, NJ, Vineland, NJ, West Berlin, NJ, Lansdowne, PA, Hamilton, NJ, and Egg Harbor, NJ. Cooper Electric is a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, located in Philadelphia, PA.  Square D is a division of Schneider Electric.

Adding to these locations is the perfect balance to the wide range of Square D products already distributed by several premier Cooper Electric branches. As Cooper continues to execute its strategic plan of growth in the target areas of contractors, commercial, and industrial sales, customers will benefit by this with increased inventory at the local Cooper branches, new promotions from Square D, and increased service from Cooper sales representatives.
